Elena Ter-Grigorian is an artist based in Atlanta, Georgia, working in oil painting and digital art. Her practice examines the ways individuals relate to their surroundings and the significance objects take on in shaping personal identity. Through an exploration of possessions, relationships, and interior spaces, her work considers how meaning is constructed through daily interactions with the environments people inhabit.

Ter-Grigorian’s work is informed by a background in both fine art and advertising, having studied in art school and later in advertising school where fine arts were an integral part of the curriculum, alongside extensive self-directed study. This interdisciplinary foundation influences her approach to composition, visual narrative, and symbolism, allowing her to bridge observational sensitivity with conceptual structure.
